Terms of Service
Please review these terms carefully as they govern your use of our modular coding platform.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bendstack platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bendstack regarding your use of our modular "vibe development" tools and SaaS generation services.
2Description of Service
Bendstack provides an AI-augmented development environment. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Automated UI Component Generation
- Database Schema Orchestration
- Authentication Scaffolding
- Managed Application Hosting
3AI & Generated Content
Note: Bendstack uses advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in application generation.
While our AI strives for high-quality output, you are responsible for reviewing and testing the functional performance and user experience of your generated applications. Bendstack does not guarantee that the functional output is free of bugs, security vulnerabilities, or performance issues. You retain full ownership of the logic and "vibes" expressed in your prompts.
4Billing & Subscriptions
Access to certain premium features requires a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing tiers with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your generated applications or database access. Bendstack is a managed infrastructure platform — your application runs on our stack because that is where it is designed to perform. Canceling your subscription will take your application offline. Because your generated code is built to execute within Bendstack's proprietary runtime scaffolding, migration to external hosting is not applicable.
5Intellectual Property & Ownership
The Bendstack platform engine, runtime scaffolding, build pipeline, proprietary algorithms, and underlying infrastructure architecture are the sole intellectual property of Bendstack.
You own your generated code. All page definitions, component logic, database schemas, workflow configurations, and application-specific code generated through your prompts and Vibes are your intellectual property. You retain full rights, title, and interest in the content and logic you create on the platform.
Why your code runs exclusively on Bendstack: Your generated code is architected to execute inside Bendstack's proprietary runtime scaffolding — a managed shell that handles routing, authentication, database connectivity, deployment pipelines, and multi-platform compilation. This scaffolding is not distributed or exported. Owning your generated code therefore does not grant the ability to run it independently outside the platform, for the same reason a WordPress plugin you authored requires WordPress to function.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bendstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
7Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be using the platform for malicious purposes, including but not limited to: generating phishing sites, distributing malware, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Bendstack core engine or extract its underlying code.
Furthermore, Bendstack reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we determine that your usage, applications, or conduct pose a risk to our infrastructure, reputation, or the safety of other users.
