114-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you find that our modular vibe coding tools don't meet your project needs, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase.
2Eligibility Criteria
To maintain the integrity of our platform and prevent abuse, the following conditions apply:
- 01.Only first-time subscriptions are eligible for a refund.
- 02.Renewal payments for existing subscriptions are non-refundable.
- 03.Refunds are not available if a user is found in violation of our Terms of Service.
3How to Request a Refund
No complicated forms required. Simply email our billing team at billing@bendstack.com within the 14-day window. Please include:
- Date of purchase
- A brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)
4Processing Timeline
Once your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Stripe, Credit Card, or Google Pay). While we process refunds immediately, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
5Non-Refundable Items
Please note that after the 14-day period has elapsed, all fees are final and non-refundable. Additionally, any third-party fees (such as domain registration or direct cloud infrastructure costs incurred through your connected accounts) are not covered by this policy.
